By browsing, accessing or using this Website, or using any facilities or services offered through this Website, or conducting transactions through this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with, abide by and be bound by the following terms and conditions (collectively, the "Agreement"). This Agreement is entered into between you and us.

1.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you are responsible for reviewing them each time you purchase a Plan. All amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be posted online and sent by email to the email address you have registered with us. If you do not wish to be bound by such new Terms and Conditions, you may terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing (by email, post, or fax). However, continued use of the Services, Website, or Vouchers will be deemed acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

1.4 Your Statutory Rights: As a consumer, nothing in this Agreement affects your non-excludable statutory rights.

2. Definition
2.1 Throughout this Agreement, we use various defined terms. You will know what these terms mean because they begin with a capital letter. They have the following meanings:

2.1.3 “Liability” has the meaning set out in Section 10.11.2.

2.1.4 “Merchant” refers to the party providing coupon services.

2.1.5 “Microsite” means a direct subdomain, subpage, redirected subdomain, subpage and any other web page display page directly or indirectly related to Res Travel.

2.1.8 “Services” means all or part of the services provided by Res Travel through the Website (or through other electronic or other communication methods of Res Travel), including the information services, content and transactional features (including purchase functionality) on the Website.

2.1.11 “Website” means the www.restrips.com website and/or any Microsites.

3. General Information About the Website and Services
3.1 Applicability of these Terms and Conditions: Your use of the Services and the Website and any purchases are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

3.3 Location: The Website, Services and any purchases are intended only for users accessing the Website from Malaysia and overseas.

3.4 Scope: The Website, the Services and any purchases made are for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be used for commercial purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, scraping (and hacking) the Website is prohibited.

3.5 Restrictions on Use: We reserve the right to prevent you from using the Website and Services (or any part thereof) and to prevent you from making any purchases.

3.6 Equipment: The Website, Services, use, and any purchases do not include the provision of a computer or other necessary equipment to access the Website, Services, or make any purchases. We are not responsible for any telephone, telecommunications, or other charges you may incur.
